An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured mental-health treatment three to five days a week while you live at home and keep your routine. Therapeutic Freedom TX offers IOP and a higher-level PHP for teens, adults, Veterans, and First Responders in Mansfield — with morning, evening, and Saturday options and admissions within 24–48 hours.

IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) is a step down — 3 to 5 days a week, about 9–15 hours, over roughly 12 weeks, in person or virtual. Many people start in PHP and step down into IOP as they stabilize.

Yes. Our virtual IOP is available to all Texas residents, so you can take part from home or anywhere in the state. Teen and adult IOP are both offered virtually or in person at our Mansfield location.
