Admissions Monday through Friday.
IOP and PHP Therapeutic Support.
Care built by someone who's carried it too.
This program runs separately from our civilian groups, and it's led by Veterans and First Responders — so the person across from you actually gets it. You'll work through trauma, stress, and the things you've learned to push down, using proven approaches like CPT and EMDR, several evenings a week, while you keep living your life. Asking for help isn't weakness. It's how you keep serving.
Veterans & First Responders IOP · Mansfield, Texas
A confidential, in-person Intensive Outpatient Program for Veterans and First Responders — led by people who understand the job, the culture, and the weight you don't put down easily.
You don't have to be in crisis to belong here — most people come because the stress kept building and what used to work stopped working. PHP and IOP isn't right for everyone: if you're in immediate danger, experiencing psychosis, or need detox or round-the-clock care, a higher level of support is safer, and we'll help you find it.
Not sure where you land? Call us. We'll tell you honestly, even if the answer isn't us.
If you're a Veteran or First Responder and the weight of what you've carried has gotten harder to hold, you're not alone — and you don't have to keep pushing through it by yourself. This program is for people facing the emotional and mental toll of service, the job, or the transition out of it. Whether you're active, retired, or somewhere in between, we get how much this work asks of you.

Cost is often the first question, so here's a straight answer: we're in-network with major insurers, and many plans cover both Intensive Outpatient care and Partial Hospitalization Programs. Our team verifies your benefits, explains any out-of-pocket responsibility, and answers your questions before treatment begins — no surprises. We also work with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and offer self-pay and financing options, including CareCredit, if insurance isn't the right route for you.

How do I know if I need IOP instead of weekly therapy?
If stress, trauma, or symptoms are making it hard to function at work, at home, or in your relationships — and weekly therapy isn't enough — IOP may be the right next step. Our team does a full assessment to help you decide.
Will attending treatment affect my career?
Will attending treatment affect my career?
Many Veterans and First Responders keep working while in treatment when it's clinically appropriate. We offer evening scheduling (starting at 5:30 p.m.) and will build a plan around your shifts and responsibilities.
Do I have to talk about my trauma in group?

No. You're never required to share more than you're comfortable sharing. Treatment moves at a pace that supports your healing while you build trust and skills.

What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?
A lot of our clients have. IOP gives you more support, more often, with the chance to practice new skills throughout the week — alongside people who understand the job.
What if I'm not sure this is the right level of care?

That's completely okay. Give us a call and we'll walk you through a confidential assessment. If IOP isn't the right fit, we'll help connect you with services that are.
If you're in immediate danger, call 911. If you're in emotional crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — any time (Veterans can press 1 to reach the Veterans Crisis Line).
